At JMV Gift Mart, a unit of JMV Enterprises, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Return Period: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@jmvgiftmart.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Damage: If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at support@jmvgiftmart.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of products. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
  3. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  4. In case of any refunds approved by 4-5 days, it will take 7 working days for the refund to the processed to you.
